How to use
Golden Latte
- Dissolve heaped 1 tsp (5g) in a little hot water then add your choice of warm milk.
- Add honey or desired sweetener and a little good fat (ghee, coconut oil) to enhance absorption.
Turmeric Elixir
1. Dissolve 1 tsp in half a cup of boiling water.
2. Squeeze half a lemon, fill with cold water
3. Add fresh chilli and cracked pepper (optional)
