We have handcrafted this tea using certified organic herbs.

Raspberry leaf helps to prepare and tone the uterus for birth and assists in recovery after both vaginal birth and C-section deliveries.

Alfalfa is high in iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin C, E and K, and has high concentrations of chlorophyll.

Lemon Balm is a calming herb helping to promote a good night's sleep. It’s great at calming the nerves and soothing digestion.

Nettle leaf is abundant in calcium, iron, and vitamin c.

The dandelion leaf may help reduce swelling and Ginger root will aid digestion.
